There is also a barn - it can be used for ping - pong, golf training - a net with a tee box. There are two children's corners for children, one is outdoor. Enjoy your coffee best on the outdoor terrace overlooking the apple orchard. And for evening barbecues you can use the fireplace and grill. DESCRIPTION: Ground floor: 1st room capacity 4 people, 2nd room has capacity for 3 people. These rooms have a shared bathroom. There is also a kitchen and wellness on the ground floor. The common room has its own entrance and is separated from the living area. Floor: 1st suite for 4 people, which has its own bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine and toilet. The 2nd apartment is also for 4 people, this room has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Two more beds are available on a sofa bed in the living room. And the last room is for 5 - 6 people, this room has a bathroom in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle) + dishes. Sanitary facilities - There are 2 toilets in the common room. Downstairs bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs there are a total of 3 bathrooms with toilet. 4 separate toilets are in the barn. Heating - Heat pump (radiators) for the entire building and a fireplace stove in the common room. Covered parking directly in the building. Children can also have fun on the municipal playground with lots of swings and slides. Surroundings: Hořice - swimming pool, squash, bowling alley, sauna, massages. Nice forests for walks in the surroundings, mushroom picking, blueberry picking. For fishermen, romantic ponds in the nearby area. The Zvičina hill offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Giant Mountains, it is about 13 km from the cottage. Dvůr Králové Zoo is about 25 km away, Prachovské skály is 20 km away. The local forests are beautiful for both walking and cycling. We look forward to seeing you at our place.
