Each cottage has a name according to one of the seasons and it is up to you whether you choose a yellow summer version or a wooden structure tuned to green spring tones, autumn romance in orange or whether you prefer the blue winter version. There are plenty of hiking and cycling trips nearby. The very popular Singltrek in Nové Město pod Smrkem is located approximately 13 km from the property. Chalupy pod Smědavou offers accommodation for 40 people in four separately rented modern wooden buildings - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter with a capacity for 10 people. All cottages have three bedrooms, two double bedrooms on the ground floor and one atypical six-bed bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a generous dining table, a comfortable sofa, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, built-in microwave and classic oven, hob, dishwasher and coffee maker) for shared moments. In the attic there is a pleasant sitting area with a games room (football, ping-pong and board games). WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The social facilities include one bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet with a sink. Heating is provided by electric heating or wood in the fireplace stove, which heats the entire cottage even in the coldest weather. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottages there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing. There are tennis courts nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Hejnice swimming pool, Ferdinandov pond, Nové Město pod Smrkem swimming pool, Raspenava swimming pool, Bedřichov dam, Josefův Důl natural swimming pool, Dolina swimming pool, Fojtka water reservoir, Lučany nad Nisou swimming pool, Liberec Forest swimming pool, etc. In winter period, nearby ski resorts are available: Świeradów Zdrój, Hejnice - Ferdinandov and Lucifer - Josefův Důl.
