Cottages and residential barrels in a quiet wine-growing area and in the beautiful countryside of South Moravia. Swimming pool, wine cellar and terrace with barbecue. The capacity of the area is for up to 20 people in four separately rented objects. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. DESCRIPTION: HOLIDAY COTTAGE with a wine cellar offers accommodation for 4 people in one four-bed bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, dining table and TV). The house includes a cozy living room with a seating area, fireplace, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher). There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet. RESIDENTIAL WOODEN BARRELS No. 1 and No. 2 for 4 people have the same layout. They include a double bed and two raised single beds. Guests staying in wooden barrels have one shared bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets located in an extension next to the buildings. Outside, between the barrels, you can sit on a covered terrace with wooden seating. SUMMER COTTAGE has a capacity for up to 8 people, there are two attic bedrooms - a double bedroom (double bed) and a six-bed bedroom (2x double bed, 1x single bed with a pull-out extra bed). On the ground floor, the cottage will delight you with a spacious common room with a fireplace, traditional wooden seating and a TV. Next to the room is a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, combined fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle). A beer and lemonade dispenser can be provided for an additional fee. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating in both cottages is provided by fireplaces and electric heaters. Air conditioning is also available in all bedrooms and living barrels. WIFI internet access is provided throughout the area. All accommodation can relax in a spacious garden of 2,000 m², which also includes an orchard and an outdoor sunken pool measuring 4 x 3 m and 170 cm deep. There is a covered terrace with a grill or a fireplace with benches for sitting. There are outdoor loungers by the pool. There is a storage room for bicycles and strollers. Children will appreciate the swings and sandbox with lots of toys. Equipment for badminton, basketball, football and volleyball is available for rent. Parking is possible directly at the property, there are 5 parking spaces available, three of which are roofed. Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking are possible in the area. There is a football pitch and tennis courts nearby. Not far from the Austrian border, the Therme Laa an der Thaya thermal swimming pool is attractive. Other swimming options include: Božice swimming pool, Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou swimming pool, Bantice biotope, Oleksovice pond, Znojmo - Louka swimming pool, etc. Nearby, you can visit the Prehistoric Park Chvalovice, Miroslav Castle, the Water Mill in Slupe, Mikulov Castle, Podyjí National Park or the historical center of Znojmo, including wine cellars.
