The cottage with a heated hot tub is located in the heart of the Hostýn Hills in the village of Chvalčov with a phenomenal view of the sunset. The cottage is rented all year round. The cottage is located directly below the pilgrimage site of Svatý Hostýn and the nearby lookout towers of Kelčský Javorník and Maruška. In its surroundings there is also the famous Masaryk's footpath, the Bystřice pod Hostýnem chateau and the Holešov chateau. The cottage consists of a hallway, bathroom, living room with a fireplace and kitchenette. On the first floor there is a chill zone with a bedroom. Outside there is a spacious terrace with seating and a hot tub. Capacity max 4 people - one double bed on the first floor and one sofa bed on the ground floor. DESCRIPTION: The cottage has a hallway with a shoe rack, a bench, a coat rack and an information board, where you will find, among other things, the password for wifi and a permit for entry to the pilgrimage site of Svatý Hostýn. The cottage also has a bathroom, in which we use rainwater to flush the toilet. The sink and shower use water from a drinking water tank that we bring to the cottage. The living room has a fireplace and a sofa bed that can sleep two more people. The living room includes a kitchenette, which includes a two-burner induction hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer, granite sink, microwave and kettle. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes. The living room also includes a corner with a coffee maker. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a chill zone. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, smart TV, internet and air conditioning. In the chill zone you will find two armchairs with a view of the village of Chvalčov, a gramophone and a wine cellar. There is also plenty of storage space here. We have prepared a welcome drink for each guest. You can also enjoy relaxation and well-being on the large terrace with seating and a view of nature, where you will also find a luxurious hot tub with an aero system and LED lighting. The 400 m2 plot is not fenced. Parking is possible 50 meters from the cottage, which can be reached via an unpaved road. Another parking option is on the classic asphalt road of Dědina Street at the well, approximately 250 meters from the cottage. Surroundings: You can visit the newly reconstructed Helfštýn Castle, the Zbrašovské Caves, the Hranická Abyss, the famous Zlín Zoo Lešná or the renowned Květná and Podzámecká Gardens in Kroměříž. The cottage is surrounded by local forests, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk. You can spice up your romantic stay with a horse ride. There are also civic amenities, including an open-air cinema, swimming pool and the Tesák and Troják ski resorts with a large number of cross-country skiing and cycling trails.
