Stylish mountain chalet with sauna in a secluded location by the forest in the beautiful nature of the Jeseníky Mountains, located directly on the Přemyslovský sedlo, near the rock lookout point Tři kameny, Termály Velké Losiny and the Kouty recreation area (ski area, bike park and balance park). The capacity of the object is for up to 8 people (6+2). There are 2 four-bed bedrooms in total (double bed 180 × 200 cm and bed 140 × 200 cm and double bed 160 × 200cm and bed 130 × 200cm). The bedrooms include bed linen. The size of the beds makes the stay ideal for 6 adults and 2 children. The interior, decorated with wood, is illuminated by several panoramic windows, thanks to which you can enjoy beautiful views of nature from all rooms. For social moments, there is a spacious living room - a fireplace, a sofa, a dining area with a massive table, a projector with a screen and Apple TV (programs are not included in the price) and board games. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and dishes). For children, there is a children's corner, a cot and high chair, a bathtub, a children's toilet seat and other equipment for families with children. Free WIFI connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, conditioner and sheets for the sauna are available. Heating is provided by a heat pump. On the ground floor (kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, hallway and toilet) there is underfloor heating providing heat all year round. The bedrooms have infrared panels and the living area also has a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere especially on colder days. Outside there is a terrace with seating, an outdoor kitchen with a Vulcanus grill and a fireplace. There is an outdoor Finnish sauna for relaxation. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis, a ski boot dryer and a bike rack. Parking is available directly at the property. All access roads are maintained throughout the year. In winter, a 4×4 drive or snow chains are an advantage. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Velké Losiny Termály, Velké Losiny Thermal Swimming Pool, Rapotín Swimming Pool, Domašov Pool - Bělá pod Pradědem, Krásné Dam, Jeseník Swimming Pool, Jeseník Pool - Priessnitz, etc. In winter, the advantage is the close proximity (approx. 100 m) to the Přemyslov ski area and nearby ski resorts: Kouty, Červenohorské sedlo or Branná. Trips in the area include the Dlouhé stráně pumped storage power plant, the Hand Paper Mill and Velké Losiny Chateau, the Bukovka Lookout Tower, Praděd, the Hanušovice Brewery Museum, the Vincenz Priessnitz Museum - Jeseník or the historical center of Šumperk.
