Cottage Hustopeče - Uheřice - Pasohlávky - Pálava is located in the beautiful surroundings of South Moravia in the village of Uherčice near the town of Hustopeče. It is a family house located in a private courtyard designated only for this one accommodation. Popular tourist destinations in the vicinity attract trips - Aqualand Moravia near Pasohlávek, the Nové Mlýny reservoir or the Lednice-Valtice area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cottage offers accommodation for 6 people in two triple bedrooms (1x double bed + 1x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed). The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has one double bed (140 cm), 1x extra bed (90 cm) and a wardrobe. You can enjoy a view of the garden from the bedroom. The second bedroom is located in the attic and has a double bed (160 cm) and an extra bed (160 cm). This bedroom is open through the space under the ridge to above the living room. Two cots are available for rent. Bedding and towels are provided. For social moments, there is a living room on the ground floor with a sofa, a 66" TV with home cinema, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (Siemens induction hob, Siemens electric hot air oven, fridge with freezer, Siemens dishwasher, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker, automatic bean coffee maker, French press, electric kettle and standard kitchen equipment for dining and cooking). The living room does not have a closed ceiling and is open to the roof ridge. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with toilet. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a large overhead shower head and hand shower. A children's chair, potty, toilet seat and bathtub are available for rent for children. The toilet is ecologically flushed from a large tank with rainwater. The boiler is heated by photovoltaics on sunny days. There is a 2-in-1 washing machine with dryer and a hairdryer. Heating is provided by air conditioning for heating and cooling and underfloor heating. The interior is shaded by external electrically controlled blinds and there is an internal roller blind on the roof window. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the property. From the living room you can enter an outdoor covered terrace with seating for adults and children and a gas grill with flat burners allowing independent grilling on only half or on the entire grill area divided into a grate and a tray. Children can look forward to toys inside and outside the cottage and a children's playground with two swings, a slide, climbing frames and a table sandbox. By prior arrangement, it is possible to arrange a tasting with an explanation in the wine cellar with authentic seating in the presshaus (press house). Parking is possible directly at the property. There is one parking space in the closed yard and another directly in front of the gate to the yard. Bicycles can be stored under a shelter. The exterior is guarded by a camera system, thanks to which cars and stored bicycles are under constant surveillance. Hiking is possible in the vicinity of the property, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing. Nearby is a riding school, tennis courts and wellness. Swimming options include: Pasohlávky Aqualand Moravia aquapark, Hustopeče swimming pool, Hustopeče swimming pool, Žabčice swimming pool, Nové Mlýny water reservoir, Židlochovice swimming pool, Horní Bojanovice swimming pool, Blučina swimming pool, etc. Other trips in the area include Hustopeče - Almond Trail and Almond Mill, Židlochovice - Acacia Tower Výhon Lookout Tower and Chateau Park with a game reserve, Bošovice - Parrot Zoo, Pavlov - Archeopark and Ruins of Děvičky Castle, Pálava Protected Landscape Area, Mikulov or Znojmo.
