Cottage Nová Víska is located in the Jizerské hory protected area in the popular tourist center of Kořenov - Příchovice with a view of the Štěpánka lookout tower. The cottage is a great starting point for exploring natural beauty and important tourist destinations. In winter, the advantage is the close proximity of ski resorts and cross-country trails connected to the Jizera main road, which has almost 200 km of trails available. Chalupa Nová Víska offers accommodation for 11 people, a total of 10 fixed beds are available in 4 bedrooms and 1 extra bed. The first double bedroom (1x double bed) is located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (double bed) and one four-bed bedroom (2x double bed). Two bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Bedding and towels are available. There are 3 cots for rent. Shared moments can be spent on the ground floor in a common room with a fireplace, a spacious couch with a large TV (internet connection), a seating area for ten adults, a children's seating area and a corner with toys. There are several board games available. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large and small fridge with freezer, electric oven with gas cooker, dishwasher, kettle, hand mixer, toaster, toaster and dishes. Towels, dish sponges, dishwasher tablets and detergents are also available. The cottage is ideal for families with children due to its equipment. There are 2 children's corners, a dining chair, children's seating, crockery and cutlery, a walker, a swing for babies, a lounger, potties, a children's toilet seat, a bathtub and cots with accessories. Bobsleds and sleds are available for rent in the winter. Outside, children can look forward to the trampoline, swings and sandpit. They can also use a children's bike, bouncer, balls, pétanque or darts. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The social facilities include a total of three bathrooms with shower and WC. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine. There are two bathrooms with WC on the first floor (one part of the bedroom). Each bathroom has a children's board for the toilet, a potty and a step to the sink, basic hygiene items, a bathtub for children and a hairdryer. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and a fireplace stove. Outside the cottage, there is an outdoor seating area for large and small guests, a grill with accessories, sunbeds, a children's playground and outdoor games. In the summer months, you can enjoy the swimming pool (diameter 3m) and the children's inflatable pool in the garden. You can also spend your free time in a smaller covered, lockable sitting area with a gas grill, which also serves as a storage room for bicycles, strollers and skis. There is also a fire pit. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Nearby is a riding stable, golf course and tennis courts.
