The tastefully furnished cottage is located in the village of Stříbrná Skalice, close to beautiful nature, a few tens of meters from the river Sázava and not far from Prague. The property is located in a cottage settlement with a magical atmosphere and a stunning view of the Sázava river valley. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for 8 people in 4 bedrooms with the possibility of up to 4 extra beds. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the cottage, two of them have direct access to a large balcony with a beautiful view and seating area. The third bedroom has two single beds with the possibility of two extra beds and a smart TV. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a beautiful, large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and two sinks. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sink. The living area is dominated by a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a fireplace, a designer sofa set, a large dining table and a Smart TV with O2 TV, Netflix, Apple TV, HBO Max, Disney+, Voyo and Playstation 5 and a Bose sound system. The living area leads to a spectacular terrace with a hot tub, gas grill and comfortable seating. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cottage. There is a fireplace in the garden and a beautiful playground for children with swings and a slide. We will of course provide you with bed linen, towels, bathrobes, toilet paper and soap in the accommodation. Nesspreso capsules, tea, basic spices and some surprises are available in the kitchen. Parking is possible right next to the building. The entire area offers many possibilities for both relaxation and active rest (cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, fishing, water sports). In the immediate vicinity you will find a grocery store, restaurants and many interesting places to visit (Sázavský monastery, Český Šternberk castle, Kutná Hora, Konopiště castle and others). Children won't be bored either, the garden has a children's playground, a hot tub, a PS5 and a selection of toys in the house, Funpark Pyzúú is within walking distance from the cottage or you can visit Farmapark Soběhrdy.
