The Koutík cottage is located on a semi-secluded slope under the forest at an altitude of 650 m in the recreation center Kouty nad Desnou, which is part of the village of Loučná nad Desnou. There is also a holiday cottage Sluníčko (No. 2M-286) nearby. You can look forward to beautiful views of the surrounding nature of the Jeseníky PLA. In the winter, the close proximity of the Kouty ski area is an advantage, which also includes a bike park, balance park or bike and scooter rental. Chata Koutík with beautiful views of the mountains, the river and the valley offers accommodation for 8 people in two four-bed attic bedrooms (four single beds). A cot with a mattress is available for rent. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable solid beds with wooden slats, new mattresses, blankets and pillows. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the living room with fireplace, sofa, TV (SAT reception). The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen unit, glass ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle). There is also an entrance hall with storage space available on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the attic. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The social facilities include one bathroom with shower and sink and one separate toilet. Heating is provided by a fireplace stove, electric heating and underfloor heating in the kitchen and living room. You can sit outside on the covered terrace. There is a fireplace with a grill and a fire pit. Children will appreciate climbing frames with a slide, swings and a sandpit. In summer, there is a trampoline and an inflatable pool. There is a lockable shed for storing bikes and skis near the parking lot. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Tennis courts, minigolf, in-line skating and bowling are also nearby.
