The cottage is situated at the foot of the Krkonoše Mountains, 8 km to Trutnov, 9 km to Janske Lazne, 18 km to Pec pod Snezkou and 3 km to the new golf course or SKI complex (Mladé Buky). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette (electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), lounge: dining table, seating, TV + SAT and 3-bedded bedroom (double bed and single bed). Two other open-plan dormitory rooms with a low ceiling (accessible through the staircase directly from the common room) are at the top of the attic: 1x 2-bed (double bed) and 1x 4-bed (single beds). Available bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is provided centrally by electricity. In the summer there is an inflatable circular pool (diameter 4.5 m, depth 1.1 m), covered veranda, garden furniture and outdoor fireplace. There is also a public multipurpose playground for ball games, a basket for basket, table tennis and for children: sandpit, climbing trampoline and trampoline. Parking possible directly by the object on the fenced plot.
