Chata U Kmotra is located in a quiet place near the forest on the edge of the village of Liptovská Osada, on the border of the Low Tatras and Velké Fatra. The cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION - Rooms: 1x Bedroom (attic): 3x bed, 1x Bedroom (attic): 1x double bed, 1x bed, 1x Bedroom (attic): 1x double bed, 1x Living room (ground floor), Kitchen (ground floor): Refrigerator, Electric oven, Microwave, Electric kettle, Freezer, Ceramic hob. Also dining area, Fireplace / Stove, TV, Couch. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower on the ground floor. A stay with a small dog is allowed for a fee. Outside there is a fireplace, a gazebo, outdoor seating, a kettle and a garden swing. The accommodation is suitable for families with children, toys, a cot, a trampoline and a sandpit are available. The land is fenced. Parking is possible for 3 cars at the property. The village of Liptovská Osada is the starting point for tourist routes and cycle paths leading to Ružomberok! Right in the village is the Gothal tourist and recreation area, where there are swimming pools, wellness, bowling, billiards, fitness and a tennis court.
