The U Sjezdovky Cottage is located in the middle of the Malenovice Ski Area ski slope at the foot of Lysá hora in the beautiful nature of the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area. In addition to skiing, you can look forward to cozy accommodation and relaxation in an outdoor hot tub or in a hammock. The cozy U sjezdovky Cottage offers accommodation for 9 people in 3 bedrooms, in total there is 1 triple bedroom with a bunk bed with an extended lower bed, 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 1 quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes) with a dining table and electric arrows. The ground floor also includes a utility room with the possibility of storing winter supplies and a fuel store. The first floor is accessed via a covered staircase. On the first floor there is a triple bedroom and a lounge with a sofa, large-screen TV and DVD/MP3 player. The floor also includes a glass veranda. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with storage space for clothes. The four-bed bedroom also has a radio with a CD player. The bathroom includes one bathroom with a shower and two sinks and one separate toilet. Hot water is provided by a 100 l electric boiler. Heating is provided by an automatic pellet boiler and central heating in all rooms. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. Outside the cottage you can sit on the terrace with a grill. For relaxation there is a hot tub with a whirlpool and LED lighting, as well as two two-seater hammocks. Children will appreciate the house with a slide and a hanging swing. Parking is available directly at the property. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, there is a possibility to park for free in the parking lot under the ski slope (approx. 400 m below the cottage). Upon agreement, guests can be taken to the cottage with their luggage. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing. There are also tennis courts, a golf course and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Frýdlant nad Ostravicí swimming pool, Ostravice - Sepetná swimming pool, Baška dam, Olešná dam, Frýdek Místek - Olešná aquapark, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm aquapark, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Malenovice, Malenovice - P.O.M.A. - Hutě, Lysá hora, Na Čele - Ostravice, Opálená, Biocel Zlatník and others.
