The Malenice Ranch cottage with its own riding stable is located in South Bohemia and near the Šumava Protected Area, in the village of the same name Malenice, about 20 km from the town of Strakonice. The cottage is located at the end of the road near the forest and near pastures with horses. You can look forward to sitting on the spacious terrace and relaxing in the hot tub. Chalet Ranch Malenice offers accommodation for 8 people in 4 double bedrooms with a double bed. The fourth bedroom is open plan and located above the stairs upstairs. A living room with two sofas and a flat-screen TV and a dining area with a seating area, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster) are used for shared moments. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The social facilities include one bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, you can spend your free time on the covered terrace with seating and a garden fireplace with the possibility of grilling. You can relax in a hot tub with a jacuzzi heated by a wood-burning stove. A heated outdoor shower is available at the barrel. You can also lie down in a hammock. Upon agreement, you can arrange a holiday with your own horse with the possibility of stables on adjacent pastures in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, while they also have a sand riding stable available. Horse lovers will appreciate the beautiful horse rides in the surrounding nature. You can park right next to the building. Cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are available in the vicinity of the building. A children's playground with lots of climbing frames and a cable car is available right in Malenice by the old parsonage. The more demanding ones can use the multifunctional field for football, tennis, volleyball or handball. Swimming options include, for example: Volyně swimming pool, Vlachovo Březí swimming pool, Vimperk swimming pool, Mléčná Dráha - Račov swimming pool, Skály swimming pool, Rohanov swimming pool, Husinec reservoir, Zdíkovec pond, Kramata pond, Mutěnice Dam, etc. In winter, you can go skiing in the Kubova huť Ski Area or in Javorník. Protivín Zoo Krokodylí, the Celtic hillfort on the Věnec hill, the Krušlovsk apiary, the Helfenburk Castle, the Vimperk State Castle, the Hluboká nad Vltavou castle or the city of České Budějovice are alluring for excursions in the area.
