The property is located on a completely fenced plot. It is a very quiet place in the village of Rudník near the town Vrchlabí. On the ground floor there is a common room that serves as a kitchenette and a dining room. Kitchen equipment: el. stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and all utensils. The lounge is equipped with TV, satellite, DVD and radio. An automatic washing machine is available on the ground floor. Next to the toilet and shower. Upstairs there are a total of 4 rooms and a second toilet. The location of the cottage is favorable for skiing in the winter, in the summer season for lovers of hiking and cycling. The village of Rudník (German Hermannseifen) originated in the colonization of the Giant Mountains in the 13th century. It was probably founded by German and Czech immigrants who mined ore (silver, gold, iron and copper) at the foot of the Black Mountain. Rudník is located in Trutnov district, in the Královéhradecký Region at the foot of Černá hora, about halfway between Vrchlabí and Trutnov. The village belongs to several originally separate villages Arnultovice, Bolkov and Javorník. Additionally Rudník consists of several settlements and quarters of Janovice, Spa Fořt, Leopold, locally called Leopoldov and Terezín. We also recommend a visit to the town of Vrchlabí, which will be attracted mainly by its Renaissance chateau, houses with arcades and the Krkonoše Museum. A lot of sports and cultural activities will be offered by nearby Špindlerův Mlýn. In winter, of course, a lot of skiing in the surroundings, such as Mladé Buky, Janské Lázně, Vrchlabí, Pec pod Sněžkou, Špindlerův Mlýn, Černá hora and all within 5 - 20 km from the cottage.
