Chalet on the lookout with an outdoor pool is located in a quiet part of the small village of Okounov on the border of the Doupovské and Ore Mountains and, due to its location, provides beautiful views of the picturesque valley of the Ohře River. Nearby you can visit the spa towns of Karlovy Vary, Jáchymov and Klášterce nad Ohří. In winter, the close proximity of the Klínovec and Jáchymov ski areas is an advantage. The cottage on the lookout offers accommodation for 6 people in three double bedrooms (2x double bed, 2x single beds - can be pushed together). Shared moments can be spent in the living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV and radio with remote control CD player. You can also sit in the lighted interior terrace with a dining area and six comfortable padded chairs. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, electric kettle, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher). A washing machine can be used in the hall. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. Heating is provided by fireplace stoves, which are connected to the heating system in the entire building. A semi-automatic coal-fired boiler is available in the basement for heating hot water and providing heat in the winter season. In part of the pergola there is stacked wood for heating in the fireplace stove. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. A large fenced grass plot (3,000m²) stretches around the cottage. Part of the property is an in-ground pool (4.75 circle diameter and 1.2 m deep) with solar heating and sand filtration. It is possible to find porcini mushrooms and other types of mushrooms on the property during the mushroom season. There is a fireplace. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Swimming options include, for example: Klášterec nad Ohří aquapark, Perštejn swimming pool, Jáchymov aquapark, Velký rybník Hroznětín, etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available: Klínovec, Horní Halže, Alšovka - Měděnec and others.
