On the ground floor of the cottage is a fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle), dining area and living room: fireplace, sofa, TV + SAT and radio. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: 2-bed and 3-bedded. Another bedroom is in the attic: 2-bed room with 1 extra bed. Sanitary facilities are bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is provided by fireplace stove (kitchenette and living room), stackable stoves (one bedroom on the first floor) and el. heaters (other rooms). The cottage has a terrace, roofed pergola with outdoor fireplace, an overhead circular pool (diameter 5 m, depth 1.1 m), fireplace with seating and a lockable garage. Possibility to rent a laminate fishing boat for 4 persons (included in the price). Roofed parking for 2 vehicles directly at the property (vehicles up to a height of 2 m). Parking for vehicles larger than 2 m is 200 m away from the cottage. Experience a beautiful holiday or weekend in a pleasant environment! The distance is about the same - about 14 km. In the village there is a country inn with a children's playground. Basic food can be bought in Chrášťany (about 5km). Nový Dvůr (about 4 km) - recreational facilities with a natural swimming pool, minigolf, tennis courts and restaurants.
