The Dvorský les cottage, featuring a swimming pool, is situated near the Dvorský les nature reserve (also known as the Rýchory Primeval Forest) in the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše), close to the towns of Svoboda nad Úpou and Janské Lázně. The property accommodates 6 people across 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of one single bedroom on the ground floor, plus a double bedroom (with a double bed) and a triple bedroom (with three single beds) in the attic. The ground floor features a living room with a seating area, a dining area, and satellite TV. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and espresso machine). Guests can also relax on the attic balcony. Bathroom facilities include a shower, a corner bathtub, and a toilet; a washing machine is also provided. Heating is supplied by a wood-burning stove and a central heating system. Guests can relax on the covered terrace adjoining the cottage or in the grassy garden; a barbecue grill is available. In warm weather, there is an outdoor swimming pool (4 m diameter, 1.5 m depth). Parking is available directly at the property, with space for two vehicles. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts, bowling facilities, and a golf course are also nearby. Swimming options include the Retro Park Sejfy outdoor pool, Pekelský Pond in Trutnov, Lake Bukówka, the Petříkovice outdoor pool, the Jánské Lázně Aquacentre, the Trutnov Aquapark, the Trutnov swimming pool, and outdoor pools in Čistá and Malé Svatoňovice, among others. Ski areas available in the vicinity include Prkenný Důl (Arakis and Bret Family SkiPark), Horní Albeřice, Mladé Buky, and others.
