Our cottage Nove Losiny is situated in the valley under the ridges of the Jeseníky Mountains, in a healthy clean environment outside the main road, a 1400 m2 garden flows through a stream that serves for summer games and refreshment. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge, kettle), living room: fireplace, dining table, sofa with 2 extra beds, TV + SAT and a total of 3 bedrooms: the first 3-bedded (single bed and bunk bed), the second 2-bed (single) and the third 4-bed (2x bunk bed). There is a spacious plot of land: an overground circular pool (diameter 5 m, depth 1.1 m), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace with sitting and children's corner: trampoline, swings, sandpit. Parking is possible on the driveway directly at the property. In summer, there are many marked hiking and biking trails nearby. In winter there are ideal snow conditions, a paradise for skiers in both downhill skiing and cross-country skiing - there are well marked trails around. The nearest ski resort of Přemyslov with a four-seater chairlift is about 2 km away, one of the largest ski slopes in the Czech Republic in Kouty nad Desnou 8 km, the ski slope Františkov 4 km, Branná village - 5 km (including night skiing and artificial snow), Ostružná 9 km, Petříkov 11 km and Ramzová - chairlift to Šerák. In the vicinity of the cottage there are many possibilities for spending free time, such as: the castle and paper mill in Velké Losiny (about 5 km), the hydro-pumping station Dlouhé Stráně, bathing and procedures at the spa Velké Losiny, riding on mountain minicars. Directly in Loučná nad Desnou you will find tennis courts and bowling, river fishing (trout water) and sport fishing, fishing bastion, minigolf, children's area - playground with climbing frames, slides and children's castle.
