There are 3 cozy bedrooms and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, which are elegantly spread over two floors with a total area of 100 m2. In addition, we offer a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washing machine on the first floor. Satellite TV and WiFi are also available for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs - it includes a hob, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition, the accommodation is heated by a gas boiler with the possibility to set the desired temperature using a room thermostat. In the technical room you will find a shoe dryer with a capacity of up to six pairs of ski boots. For outdoor relaxation, you can use the terrace, but the best is the adjacent garden with beautiful views. Your four-legged friends are also welcome to stay. There is also a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles right next to the cottage. To ensure the most pleasant environment for all guests, the cottage is non-smoking. In the area you will also find a reception, a shared outdoor pool, a children's playground and table tennis. You can drive directly to the cottage, where there are two free parking spaces. Třicítka is an ideal place for summer and winter rest - both active and relaxing. In the summer in the surrounding area: Trail through treetops - Janské Lázně, ZOO Dvur Králové, Adršpašské skály - sandstone rock town, Babiččino údolí, bobsled track Relaxpark - Pec pod Sněžkou.
