A holiday cottage with a swimming pool, sauna, and air conditioning, located by the Otava River near the village of Vráž (Písek region) and the Orlík Reservoir in South Bohemia. This unique getaway cottage accommodates up to 4 guests in a single bedroom. A canoe (seating up to 4 people) is available for guests to use. Situated in a picturesque landscape of meadows and forests along the Otava River, the cottage is part of a fenced-in recreational complex comprising eighteen holiday properties. Guests have access to shared amenities, including a heated saltwater swimming pool, a fire pit, a grill, a grassy sports field, and a wood-fired sauna. DESCRIPTION: The cottage features a kitchenette equipped with a combination oven (microwave, grill, and conventional oven), a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a portable grill. There is a water heater, and the tap water is potable. The ground floor includes a small sofa, a dining table with four chairs, a chest of drawers, and a coat rack. A smart TV with internet connectivity is also provided. On the upper floor, there is a projector with a screen, a double bed (180 cm wide), two single beds (90 cm each), and an additional chest of drawers for storage. BATHROOM FACILITIES: The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a toilet, and a sink. HEATING: A small wood-burning stove is located on the ground floor, creating a cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings. Two air-conditioning units—one on the ground floor and one upstairs—ensure comfort throughout the year, serving both for cooling and heating. The terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs and is shaded by a sun sail; it can be accessed from the ground floor or directly from the outside. Two parking spaces are available just 20 meters from the cottage. The property also includes a small, lockable storage area for bicycles, and one bicycle is available for guests to use free of charge. The Otava River—at the beginning of the Orlík Reservoir—is located approximately 100 meters away, making it an ideal spot for anglers. Surroundings: Cycling, water activities on the Otava River/Orlík Reservoir, and hiking. Nearby excursions: The confluence of the Otava and Lomnice rivers (5 km), the spa town of Vráž (3 km), the historic town of Písek (17 km), Zvíkov Castle (17 km), Orlík nad Vltavou Chateau (20 km), Blatná Chateau, the crocodile zoo in Protivín, Kestřany Golf Course (24 km), the indoor swimming pool in Písek (17 km), and the Orlík Reservoir.
