A cozy cottage with a hot tub is located in the picturesque South Moravian region on the outskirts of the town of Letovice - Meziříčko near the Letovice dam called Křetínka, which in warm weather invites you to swim or do water sports. You can look forward to pleasant moments by the fireplace or to relax on the terrace or in a private outdoor hot tub (open from spring to autumn). With its equipment and large garden, the cottage is ideal for children, celebrations, smaller teambuildings or for family and friends gatherings. DESCRIPTION: The cottage offers accommodation for 12 people. There are a total of 9 fixed beds in 3 bedrooms - 1x double bedroom (spacious double bed), 1x triple bedroom (super big Kingsize 240 cm wide bed for 3 people) with a private bathroom with shower and toilet and 1x quadruple bedroom (2 double beds above each other - bunk bed). Furthermore, three extra beds can be provided in the form of a sofa bed in the living area. A cot is available for rent. The entire building is wheelchair accessible, but the door frame width is 80 cm. Pleasant moments can be spent in the living room with a sofa bed and TV. The living area is connected to the dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and toaster). For children, there is a children's dining chair, board games, toys and an x-box. For all guests, there is one shared bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, towels, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and clothes dryer. Heating is provided by a fireplace, underfloor heating and radiators. There is WIFI internet access throughout the building. Around the cottage is a spacious fenced plot with a grassy garden. You can sit on a covered terrace with a dining table, chairs, a grill and evening lighting. There is also a fireplace and a garden swing. Equipment for badminton, basketball and football, as well as bicycles and paddleboards are available for rent. Children will appreciate the trampoline, swings, sandpit and slide. There are 5 parking spaces at the cottage. Pets are welcome. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, in-line skating, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a riding school, a wellness centre and a football pitch nearby. At the Letovice dam there is the possibility of water sports - swimming, boating, yachting, paddleboarding, windsurfing and diving. Other swimming options include: Letovice Swimming Pool, Boskovice City Spa, Šebetov Swimming Pool, Velké Opatovice Swimming Pool, Olešnice Swimming Pool, etc. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Olešince na Moravě Ski Resort or Hodonín Ski Resort near Kunštát are nearby. For trips in the area, the Letovice Castle, Kunštát Castle, Boskovice Castle, Boskovice Observatory, Olešnice Ghost Museum, Býčí skála Cave, Pernštej Castle, Moravian Karst, Punkva Cave, Macocha Abyss, Rájec nad Svitavou Castle, Blansko Castle or the historical part of the city of Brno are all worth a visit.
