The cottage with a jacuzzi is located in the village of Hlohovec in South Moravia, right in the heart of the Lednice-Valtice Area (UNESCO), just a few meters from the Hraniční zámeček and the Hlohovec pond. In nearby Lednice, you can enjoy the beauty of the castle garden or sail on a boat along the canal and enjoy several unique buildings of the entire castle area during the cruise. The cottage with a jacuzzi and air conditioning offers barrier-free accommodation for 6 people in three double bedrooms (3x double bed). An extra bed (sofa bed) is available upon request. A folding cot and a high chair are available for rent. The cottage can also be used for organizing daily seminars, social gatherings, photography, family celebrations, etc. You can spend time together in the living room with a fireplace, corner sofa, armchairs, a dining table for 8 people and a TV with satellite reception. Board games are available for rent. The living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fully automatic De Longi coffee maker with a container full of coffee beans, a small wine cellar and all dishes). All three bedrooms have a double bed 160x200 cm, a chest of drawers, an armchair, internal curtains and lights. The third bedroom has a sofa bed 140x200 cm, which can be used as an extra bed for one adult or two children upon request. The entire cottage, including the bedrooms, is equipped with outdoor blackout blinds. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet. Towels and a potty for children are available. Heating is provided by a gas boiler, underfloor heating, a fireplace stove and air conditioning is available. You can enter the fenced garden directly from the living room. It includes a covered terrace with seating for 8 people, a barbecue and beautiful views of the mature greenery of the garden or the forest. On the terrace, you can also relax in the jacuzzi or relax in a rocking chair or on a deck chair. Bicycles are available for rent. Parking is possible directly at the property. There are 3 parking spaces available. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing. There is also a football field, tennis courts, mini golf and wellness nearby. Swimming options include: Mlýnský rybník, Lom Mariánský mlýn, Břeclav Swimming Pool, Břeclav Pool, Nové Mlýny Water Reservoir, Hustopeče Swimming Pool, Hustopeče Swimming Pool, Aqualand Moravia, etc. The Lednické rybníky Nature Reserve, the baroque Valtice Chateau also known for the National Wine Center, the Lu & Tiree Chmelar Herb Garden, the Lower Morava Biosphere Reserve, the Pálava Protected Landscape Area, the historic towns of Mikulov, Břeclav, Pavlov, Dolní and Horní Věstonice, or the thermal baths in the town of Laa an der Thaya in Austria.
