A cozy cottage with a hot tub is located on the edge of the forest in the protected area of the Drahanská vrchovina, in the picturesque village of Úsobrno. Its location makes it an ideal place for well-deserved rest, cycling trips and hiking. The cottage provides accommodation for 8 people in two bedrooms and is divided into two separate parts, which provide their own privacy. You can walk from one part to the other via the terrace, but not inside. In one part there is a 2-bed bedroom (1x double bed), a small equipped kitchenette (hob, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and dishes) and a dining area with a seating area and TV. In the other part of the cottage in the attic there is a 4-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and on the ground floor there is an extra bed for two people in the living area in the form of a pull-out bed. Furthermore, in the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen (hob, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishes), dining area and TV. On request, it is possible to rent a cot, high chair, changing table, balance bikes and toys. The sanitary facilities include a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and towels for both parts of the cottage. The cottage is heated by radiators. The property offers free WI-FI internet access. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with parking directly at the property (max. 5 cars). The garden includes a large sunny terrace with a parasol, a covered seating area and a grill. Children will certainly appreciate the children's pool, sandpit, swing and trampoline. In the summer months there is also a hot tub. Possibility of storing bicycles and motorcycles under a shelter. In the vicinity of the cottage there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Boskovice reservoir, Křetínka dam, Letovice reservoir or swimming pool with slides in Velké Opatovice. Trips in the surrounding area include: the ruins of Boskovice castle, Javoříčské caves, Bouzov castle, the city of Olomouc or the Olomouc Zoo. We look forward to seeing you.
