We offer a cottage for rent for up to 13 people located in the village of Kouty nad Desnou, in a quiet part of Přemyslov. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, fridge with 1 freezer compartment, toaster, toaster, hot dog maker and Jura presso - bring coffee beans. Ice maker on request. Also Wi-Fi, TV in the living area and smaller TVs in the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor - the first bedroom for 4 people - 2x beds for 2 people, TV. The second bedroom for 5 people - 2x beds for 2 people and 1x bed for 1 person, TV. Both are separate. Another 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, height 200 cm, sloping roof, roof windows at a height of about 80 cm from the ground, one is walk-through. Possibility of 2 travel cots on request. We can also lend you two high chairs. We do not have a bedroom on the ground floor, the stairs are steeper, so I recommend it more for slightly older, independent children. Also because of the roof windows on the 2nd floor. The stairs to the first floor are classic, to the second floor they are mill-style. On the ground floor there is a bathroom - shower, toilet, 2 sinks. On the 1st floor there is a toilet and a small sink. For children up to 1 year old, a bath and a changing mat are possible, then also a potty. You heat the property yourself with a fireplace stove. Underfloor heating in the living area. Electric radiator in the bathroom. There are oil electric radiators in the hallway on the ground floor and in the bedrooms on the 1st floor. Parking is possible directly at the cottage. The cottage has an outdoor ping-pong table, covered seating, table and 8 chairs, a swing for 3, a bench for 2, a deck chair, a round Weber grill and an outdoor hot tub from spring to autumn. Down below the cottage you can refresh yourself in the Hučivá Desná in the summer. The area is for fans of downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling. It is only 8 km to Velké Losiny (castle, paper mill, thermal baths). Through Nové Losiny you can visit Ramzová and further to the Forest Bar or the spa in Jeseník. Nearby ski resorts near the cottage: Kouty nad Desnou, Kareš - Kouty nad Desnou, Šindelná, Přemyslov or, for example, Červenohorské sedlo. We look forward to seeing you at our place.
