The cottage with wellness is located in a beautiful sunny location in the village of Seč near the dam of the same name (200 m), which invites you to swim and do water sports. You can look forward to comfortable accommodation and relax in the sauna or in the hot tub. The cottage offers accommodation for 12 people in two separately rentable apartments with their own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and terrace. Both apartments are situated with respect to the privacy of the guests. The building can be rented as a whole or each apartment separately. The smaller Apartment 1 has a capacity for 5 people, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and one extra bed in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. The large apartment has a capacity for 7 people, there are two separate spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an extra bed (pull-out bed), and one double bed located in the forward window of the living room. In both apartments, you can spend time together in the living room illuminated by panoramic windows with a view of the garden. The living room includes a fireplace, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (hob, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer, plenty of dishes, towels and cleaning products). The large apartment also has a smart TV and microwave. In both apartments, the hallway behind the entrance door provides ample storage space, with a wardrobe and a shoe rack with a bench, and each bedroom has basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The sanitary facilities in both apartments include one bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided by a fireplace and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. A cot, children's toys, a children's pool, ball goals, badminton and books are available for rent. Both apartments have a spacious outdoor terrace with seating, deck chairs and a grill. The terraces are positioned to maintain the privacy of guests. For an additional fee, all guests can use an outdoor sauna with a cooling tub and a hot tub. There is a storage room for sports equipment, bicycles and the possibility of charging electric bicycles. The cottage is located on a fenced plot. Parking is possible directly at the property, there are 4 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing and water skiing. In the immediate vicinity there is a summer restaurant, a children's playground, tennis courts, pedal boat, boat and paddleboard rental. Swimming options include: Sečská dam, Pařížov dam, Horní Bradlo - Tesla Vršov swimming pool, Borek quarry, Haberský pond, Peklo quarry, Vrdy swimming pool, Slatiňany swimming pool, Aquacentrum Pardubice and others. The beautiful valley of the Počátecký stream with a view of the ridge of the natural monument of the Kaňkovy Mountains, the Oheb nature reserve, the Lichnice nature reserve, the Lovětínská gorge, the Vysočina open-air museum - Veselý Kopec, Žleby Chateau or the Chrudim Museum of Puppet Cultures attracts visitors to the area.
