A holiday cottage with wellness facilities (hot tub and Finnish sauna) located in the foothills of the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše), near the Dvůr Králové Zoo and Safari Park, the Rozkoš Reservoir, Grandmother's Valley (Babiččino údolí), and the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area; situated near the villages of Rtyně v Podkrkonoší and Úpice. The cottage accommodates up to 12 people across 4 bedrooms, offering 9 standard beds and 3 extra beds. LAYOUT: Ground floor – 1x double bedroom (1x double bed); 1st floor – 1x five-bed room (3x single bed and 2x full-sized extra beds) and 1x triple room (2x single bed + 1x extra bed); attic – 1x double bedroom (2x floor-level mattresses) with a seating area and views of the meadow and forest. A baby cot is available for rent. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. A large living area serves as a communal space, featuring a seating area, air conditioning, a wine cooler, a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, blender, and toaster). The room offers direct access to the terrace. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Bathroom facilities include 2 bathrooms and toilets. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, urinal, washing machine, and dryer. Upstairs, a spacious bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, along with stylish glass partitioning that offers views of both the living area and the surrounding forest. Heating is provided by a modern system combining underfloor heating and radiators, with a heat pump serving as the primary heat source. The wood-burning stove is not available for guest use. Outdoors, guests can relax on an open terrace furnished with garden seating. An outdoor charcoal grill is available (guests must provide their own charcoal). A separate outbuilding next to the cottage offers wellness facilities, including a Finnish sauna for four people with a relaxation room and loungers, as well as an open-air hot tub (bathing barrel) accommodating up to seven people. Children can enjoy a trampoline and a sandbox, and table tennis is also available for entertainment. The cottage boasts magnificent views of the surrounding landscape, the valley, and the opposite hills of the Jestřebí Mountains. While a hiking trail runs nearby, the property maintains a sense of privacy and tranquility. Parking is available directly on-site, and electric vehicle charging can be arranged upon request. The area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts and a horse-riding center are located nearby. Swimming options include, for example: the Mezilečí and Radeč-Úpice outdoor pools, Podháj and Vlčkovice v Podkrkonoší ponds, the Malé Svatoňovice outdoor pool, the Trutnov swimming pool, and more. Nearby excursion destinations include Babička’s Valley and Ratibořice, Kuks Hospital, the Les Království Dam, the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks, the Broumov Walls, the Jestřebí Mountains, the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše), Josefov Fortress, and Náchod Castle.
