The large brick cottage with sauna is located in a cottage area directly on the bank of the Hracholusky dam near the village of Čerňovice near the city of Pilsen. You can look forward to beautiful views of the water surface directly from the terrace, water fun or fishing. The cottage with sauna offers accommodation for 10 people in three bedrooms. More beds can be provided by arrangement and for an additional fee. In total, there is 1 double bedroom with a double bed, 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and 1 five-bed bedroom with two bunk beds. The third bedroom can be arranged for up to 6 people, both beds have an extended lower bed (140x200). A cot is available for rent. You can spend time together in the living room with a fireplace, TV with USB and satellite. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave and electric stove with oven). For moments of fun, there is a games room equipped with a football, electronic darts and air hockey. There are also board games and a PlayStation. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a corner bath and toilet and one separate toilet. Heating is provided in all living areas, including the games room and hallway, by an unattended ecological biomass boiler. You can also light a fire in the fireplace. Wood is available for an additional fee. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. The cottage is connected to a covered terrace with seating and deck chairs. There is also a covered seating area by the fireplace or fireplace in the garden. There is a smokehouse and a covered grill. You can relax in the outdoor Finnish sauna with a view of nature and with an indoor and outdoor relaxation room and a cooling barrel. For water fun, there are sun loungers, punts, canoes and a boat for rent. By arrangement, it is also possible to rent a boat with a motor and a paddleboard. Parking is possible directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking. There is a riding school and tennis courts nearby. There are many cycle paths by the dam and there are also campsites with restaurants, a children's playground and attractions. A steamboat runs along the entire dam in season. You can swim directly in the Hracholusky dam. Other swimming options include: Tlučná swimming pool, Nýřany swimming pool, Okrouhlák quarry, Líně swimming pool, Plzeň swimming pool, etc. The nearby city of Plzeň attracts visitors with its Brewery Museum, ZOO, DinoPark, Techmania Science Center with a planetarium and the Puppet Museum.
