The comfortably furnished cottage with a sauna is located in the picturesque South Bohemian countryside on the left bank of the Lužnice River near the village of Koloděje nad Lužnicí, approximately 3 km from the town of Týn nad Vltavou. There is a private wooden pier with an entrance to the river right in front of the cottage. The stay is ideal for fishing enthusiasts. You can look forward to a quiet environment allowing plenty of rest. The cottage with beautiful views of the surrounding nature and the river offers accommodation (May - October) for 6 people. There is a large attic bedroom: 1x double bed, 1x single bed (90x220 cm), 1x single bed (140x200 cm) and 2x single beds (90x200 cm). Bed linen and storage space are available. For social moments, there is a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed with a table and a TV with pay channels. Board games are available. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils). The living room opens onto a spacious balcony with seating and beautiful views of the river and the garden. The bathroom includes one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. There is a washing machine, dryer, towels, hairdryer, cleaning products and toiletries. Heating is provided by a fireplace stove and there is a heating ladder in the bathroom. WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. A grassy garden extends around the cottage, offering plenty of space to relax. Next to the cottage, there is a wooden house in the garden with a roofed pergola with a fireplace, grill and seating. The house also includes a sauna, which can be used for an additional fee. Directly adjacent to the garden is a large wooden pier with parasols and steps into the water. The flowing river invites you to refresh yourself and go fishing. Parking is available directly at the property. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing are possible in the area around the cottage. Nearby there is a golf course, tennis courts and bowling. Swimming options include: swimming pool Týn nad Vltavou, Kořensko reservoir, Nový Dvůr - Vltava swimming pool, Radětice - Cihelna swimming pool, Bechyně swimming pool, Písek swimming pool, Hluboká nad Vltavou swimming pool, etc. For trips in the area, Mitrowicz Castle in Koloděje nad Lužnicí, Kořensko reservoir, Týn nad Vltavou - underground passages, puppet museum, revolving auditorium, confluence of Lužnice and Vltava, Bechyně Castle, Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle or the historical centers of Písek and České Budějovice.
