Holiday house by the lake - Lhota - Praha-východ. The family house is located near the forest in a recreation area in the village Lhota. Just 100 m from the house you will find the beautiful Lake Lhota. The place is suitable for both active holidays and family relaxation with children in beautiful nature. There is a family house, including a large garden, which is of course fenced. The holiday home for rent provides accommodation for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room with flat-screen TV, large sofa, fireplace and dining table. There is also 1 large room with double bed 180x200cm. There are two rooms on the first floor. The first room has a double bed 160x200cm. Second room with sofa bed 180x200cm. In one of the rooms you will also find a wooden cot 120x60cm. Toilets can be found both on the ground floor and on the first floor, where they are part of the bathroom. The bathroom is located on the 1st floor and is equipped with a washbasin, shower, remote control sunroof and toilet. Heating the whole house is solved by electric boiler, where each room has two radiators. You can also use the fireplace insert, which will not only give you warmth but also a romantic atmosphere. The property is accessible by car, parking is possible on the property. In Lhota there are two pubs and in the season you can enjoy refreshments at Lhota Lake. The COOP shop in the village square is also open on Saturdays until 12 noon. Restaurants or department stores can be found in the nearby town of Brandýs nad Labem. Thanks to a lake called the Central Bohemian Sea, the whole area became a well-known recreational area close to the capital city of Prague and the former district cities of Mladá Boleslav and Mělník. The lake was created after the gravel mining, nowadays there are sandy beaches planted with pine forests. In the area you can enjoy sports and entertainment activities, refreshments, boat rental, nude beach, children's playground. There are plenty of bike paths nearby. For trips you can go to the nearby royal town of Stara Boleslav with a conservation area, a Romanesque basilica where Saint Wenceslas was murdered. Today, Brandýs nad Labem with the Old Town of Boleslav is a town square and reminds the Habsburgs who often stayed in the chateau and magnified the town. It is only 20 kilometers to Prague.
