A cozy cottage with a view of Lipno and the surrounding nature is an ideal place to relax in any season. In the morning you can enjoy coffee on the terrace, in the evening sit by the fireplace and during the day discover the beauties of Lipno and Šumava. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people in 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor of the cottage there is an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with dining room, TV, fireplace and sofa, equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, TCHIBO CAFISSIMO capsule coffee machine, usual kitchen equipment - dishes and utensils). Board games and Wi-Fi connection are available. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace with a pergola, outdoor fireplace and seating area. From the entrance hall you can take the stairs to the attic, where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is walk-through and has a double bed 180x200cm, the second bedroom has 4 single beds - 3x 90x200cm and 1x 80x200cm. Upon agreement, it is possible to prepare a children's folding travel cot. The bathroom includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Toilet paper, soap and shower gel are included in the equipment. The building is heated by electric heaters and a fireplace. Parking is possible directly at the cottage. There is a lockable garden house for bicycles and other equipment in the garden. The cottage offers year-round accommodation - in winter you will appreciate the proximity of the Lipno ski area, in summer swimming, cycling trails, the Treetop Trail and other attractions for families with children. Tips for trips: Treetop trail, bobsleigh track, sightseeing cruise on Lipno, cycle paths, Bear Trail, Forest Kingdom, Plešné Lake, Vítkův hrádek, Rožmberk Castle, Vyšší Brod Monastery, Devil's Wall. The cottage is a 4-minute walk from the forest, where you can pick mushrooms, blueberries or just relax. In 10 minutes you are on the beach of the Lipno dam, where you can engage in water activities, 3 minutes by bike and you are on the Lipno cycle path. In the winter months, the cottage is a great base for skiers, because the Lipno ski area is only 4 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you.
