The cottage is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Rumburk, near the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and the Lusatian Mountains Protected Area, not far from the border with Germany. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted by the close proximity of two ponds, Racek and Tůň, set in a beautiful natural landscape. The cozy cottage is built in a traditional Nordic style, has a wooden facade with stone elements and complete thermal insulation. The interior in all rooms combines wooden paneling with modern elements. You can look forward to outdoor seating and a grassy garden. The cottage offers accommodation for 7 people, including 6 fixed beds in two bedrooms and 1 extra bed in the form of a sofa bed in the living area. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor of the cottage. There is a total of 1 quadruple bedroom with two double beds, a cot, a wardrobe and a TV and 1 double bedroom with one double bed, a chest of drawers for personal belongings and a cot for a small child. On the ground floor, you can spend pleasant moments in the living room with a fireplace, sofa and TV or in the common room with a spacious dining table, TV and access to the terrace. Board games are available for rent. A high chair is available for children and a child safety gate on the stairs for greater safety upstairs. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, pots and dishwasher). WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet on the ground floor and one separate toilet. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, which heats the entire area of the cottage. You can also heat it with an electric radiator. Around the cottage there is a fenced, grassy, well-kept garden ideal for relaxation, children's games and outdoor activities. You can sit on the terrace covered with an awning. There is a grill and a fireplace. Children will appreciate the swings, slide and sandbox with toys. There is a storage room for bicycles and other sports equipment. Upon agreement, it is possible to rent 2 mountain bikes and outdoor games - badminton, frisbee and petanque. In front of the cottage there is a parking space for three cars, one of which is covered. In the vicinity of the building there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, in-line skating, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. Nearby there are tennis courts, bowling and a riding stable. Swimming options include: Rumburk Swimming Pool, Kyjovská Dam, Mikulášovice Natural Swimming Pool, Děčín Aquapark, Varnsdorf Swimming Pool, etc. In winter, the Rumburk ski lift and the Horní Podluží, Jedlová or Mezičky ski resorts are available, which offer downhill and cross-country trails. The Holy Trinity Column, the Loreto Chapel and the Church of St. Bartholomew are located right in the town of Rumburk.
