Our picturesque cottage is located in a beautiful environment of pine and spruce forests in the immediate vicinity of Milčanský pond with its own pier, boat and paddleboard rental. The cottage has a capacity of up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is an entrance to the hallway, where there is a new toilet, then an entrance through the hallway to a new kitchen fully equipped with utensils, a double hob and an electric kettle. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower as part of the kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed, stool, fireplace, flat screen TV and dining table. There is a lower terrace with outdoor seating and a relaxation area. Up the stairs from the living room is the entrance to the bedroom with a double bed and two armchairs, where we continue to the balcony again with outdoor seating. The second bedroom is equipped with two beds and a cot. The cottage is heated by a fireplace and a direct heater. Parking is possible directly at the cottage on its own land. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the building. We run a high-quality rental of paddleboards on Milčanský rybník - Starbord, STX, Tambo and others. We also offer individual rental of paddleboards for your holiday. We will be happy to train you and explain everything. In the case of transporting paddleboards to another pond or lake, a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is payable. You will get the paddleboard packed in a backpack, including a paddle, a pump and instructions for use. The whole area of ​​the Macha region and the Kokořín region is interwoven with a dense network of beautiful cycle paths and hiking trails. Suitable for nature lovers - in the vicinity there is a system of 23 ponds, around the cottage are pine and mixed forests - the possibility of mushrooming and blueberry picking. In the village of Záhrádky there is Peklo (rock formations interwoven with the river), which leads up to 6 km distant Dubice (Česká lípa), where there is a large wake park and playground. Kokořínsko offers legendary sandstone rock formations, beautiful cycling routes and many attractive hiking trails.
