The Slovácko cottage with its own vineyard is located in the picturesque surroundings of the wine cellars Pod Dubňanská horou in the wine-growing village of Mutěnice. The immediate surroundings are interwoven with a well-known wine-growing cycling route and nearby you can enjoy the romantic environment of the Mutěnické ponds with the possibility of observing waterfowl. By arrangement with the cottage owners, a tasting of their own wines can be arranged. The cottage offers accommodation for 7 people, with a total of 6 fixed beds and 1 extra bed. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double (1x double bed) and one quadruple (4x single bed). There is also one extra bed in the living room on the ground floor. In addition to the sofa, the living room also includes a dining table, TV, board games and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and dishwasher). The kitchen and living room are heated by a stove, which is also used for cooking and baking. Stairs lead from the living room to the floor with the bedrooms. The sanitary facilities include one separate toilet with a sink on the ground floor and one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet on the first floor. Towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine with a dryer and a robotic vacuum cleaner are available. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and electric heating in the bedrooms. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. You can sit outside on the sunny terrace overlooking the vineyard or on the balcony. There is an outdoor shower. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 3 parking spaces directly in front of the cottage. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing and skiing. In the nearby area under Bůdama there is a football pitch, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball. In the nearby Dubňany there is a swimming pool open in the summer months. Other swimming options include: Ratíškovice Pool, Lužice Pond, Hodonín Pool, Hodonín Swimming Pool, Velký Bílovec Pond, Kyjov Swimming Pool, Uhřice Aquapark, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Němčičky, Osvětimany and Stupava. Trips in the area include the Mutěnice Winery Museum, the Slovácká Cottage in Dolní Bojanovice, Čejkovice Castle, the old Starý Poddvorov Windmill or the birthplace of T. G. Masaryk, the Pálava Protected Landscape Area, Velké Pavlovice, Hustopeče, the Nové Mlýny Reservoir or Hodonín Castle. We look forward to seeing you there.
