Chata U vody is located on the shore of the Spolský rybník in the village of Libín, near the town of Třeboň. You can look forward to the beautiful nature of South Bohemia offering lots of possibilities for trips, as well as quiet evenings by the fire, swimming or riding a punt. Chata U vody provides accommodation for 6 people from May to August, in total there is one walk-through four-bed bedroom and one separate double bedroom with a double bed and a cot for rent. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall (courtyard), followed by a living room with a sofa set, dining table, TV and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven and coffee maker). The ground floor also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathroom has a fridge, microwave and washing machine. Steep stairs lead from the living area to the floor where the bedrooms are located. The staircase is not equipped with a safety barrier for children. The cottage only has service water from a surface well, which ensures year-round water intake. Heating is provided by central heating and a fireplace stove. The garden around the cottage provides full privacy. The land is protected from the driveway by tall bushes. The garden includes a fireplace with a grill, a covered pergola with seating, a summer terrace, a pallet daybed, a swing, a children's swing and a small playground. For fun on the pond, punts and a surfboard can be rented, which can be used as a paddleboard or as a diving board. A garage is available as a storage room for bikes. There are two parking spaces directly on the property. In the surroundings of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking. There are tennis courts and a golf course nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Spolský rybník, Svět rybník, Opatovický rybník, Dunajovice quarry, Koníř rybník, Borovany - Lazna swimming pool, Mrhal rybník, Nový Lipnický rybník, Podřezanský rybník, Rožmberk rybník, etc. Beautiful nature and a system of ponds beckons for trips PLA Třeboňsko, the historical center of České Budějovice, Jindřichův Hradec, Červená Lhota, Hluboká nad Vltavou or Český Krumlov.
