Makov wine cellar - Accommodation stylish cottage - wine cellar. The Makov wine cellar is situated in the beautiful surroundings of the picturesque Kysuce village of Makov, close to the ski slopes of the famous Ski Makov ski resort. All year round, we offer you very nice and unconventional accommodation in the Makov wine cellar with a total capacity of 8 beds. This stylish cottage is rented throughout the year as a group of guests. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stay in four 2-bed rooms, two of which have a satellite TV and a private bathroom with a toilet (but they are used as a common bathroom for all guests). Each room has a kettle for making tea or a fragrant coffee. You can prepare your favorite home-made meals during the summer season in a professionally furnished kitchen, including a gas stove with oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle and a dishwasher. Ready-made snacks can be enjoyed in the common room with a seating area (covered patio accommodation). The chalet has a unique wine cellar where you can enjoy an exceptional delicious wine in the presence of the owner. In the winter, this wine cellar with seating is used as a restaurant with a wide range of dishes and drinks. There are also 3 separate toilets on the ground floor. In the spacious outdoor area with a grill, fireplace and a prepared goulash cooking kettle, you can completely relax in the family circle and friends while your kids enjoy themselves on a playground with a swing, climbing frames, a slide and a trampoline. We recommend to horse lovers to visit a neighboring family ranch with horses where they can arrange for sightseeing, rides or animal care. The surrounding surroundings offer various opportunities for hiking, ridge tours and cycling trips to the beautiful nature of Kysuc Protected Landscape Area. You can see the beautiful nature of Javorníky and Kysucké Beskydy, which is ideal for lovers of mushrooming, horse riding, fishing or cultural and historical monuments. The nearby house of Josef Kroner, the castle in Bytča or Hričov Castle are worth visiting. In the winter you can enjoy a great skiing on the slopes of the ski resort Ski Makov with regular slopes, 4 ski lifts, 1200 meters long illuminated ski slope, rental equipment and a ski school.
