Our two modernly furnished apartments are located right in the town of Lipno nad Vltavou, in the Korzo Lipno residence, just a few dozen meters from the main Lipno promenade and ski slopes. Both apartments have a capacity of 6 people and have their own entrance. These are apartments A1 (maisonette, no. 320/18) and A3 (no. 318/9). Apartment A1 has a separate bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and an open room with a double bed. Two more beds are on a sofa bed in the living area. Apartment A3 has a separate bedroom with a double bed and two separate beds, which can be discreetly separated by a screen if necessary (ideal solution for families with children or a group of friends). Two more beds are on a sofa bed in the living area. Each apartment has: a living area with a sofa, TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, hob, oven, all dishes including towels, washing-up liquid and cleaning products), bathroom with shower and toilet, Wi-Fi connection, balcony with seating and other equipment, such as: blankets, pillows, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, toilet paper, folding clothes dryer. For children: coloring books, crayons, games and toys, children's travel cot including bedding, children's dining chair, children's potty, toilet seat, step stool. Each apartment also includes a private lockable cellar - a practical space for storing bicycles, skis or other sports equipment. The heating is central (radiators with thermostat). Parking is possible directly in front of the building. In the surroundings there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming, skiing and many other sports and entertainment (paddleboarding, sailing, rafting). Swimming options: Lipno Dam, Aquaworld Lipno, Aquapark Frymburk. Tips for trips: Treetop Walk, Forest Playground Kingdom of the Forest, Devil's Wall, Frymburk Aquarium - The World Below the Sea, Vítkův Kámen ruins, Rožmberk Castle, the town and chateau of Český Krumlov. Nearby ski resorts: Lipno Ski Resort, Frymburk Ski Park, Sternstein Ski Resort in Austria. We look forward to seeing you there.
