The house is very spacious, with a four-bed room, one triple and two double rooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There are 3 extra beds available in the building with mattresses on the floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all utensils. There is a TV in one of the rooms and the living room. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with another toilet. Heating is provided by a gas boiler. The building has 1 parking space directly in the garage and 4 parking spaces in front of the house. In the garden, children have a trampoline, swings, slides, a sandpit and a seasonal pool. Right in Bořetice is the Kraví Hora hotel, the Mlýn restaurant, the Modré Hory restaurant and one famous cafe Dvorek. Cyclists will also enjoy themselves in this region, for which a 1,200 km long network of wine trails awaits. In ten regional circuits, you can drive through the rugged landscape between vineyards, cellar alleys, protected natural sites and get to know the important historical and natural monuments of South Moravia. Not far from Bořetice, you will find the recessionist federal republic of Kraví hora, where you can order a wine tasting from local winemakers, as there are over 200 wine cellars here.
