On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, sofa and kitchenette with bar seating (camping gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils). The entire room is dominated by large panoramic windows, which illuminate the entire space and allow you to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape throughout your stay. You can climb the wooden stairs to the attic bedroom with a large sleeping area, from which you can look into the treetops. The sanitary facilities include one stylish bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There are soft bathrobes, towels, a hairdryer and natural shower gel, hair shampoo, soap - special cosmetics due to ecological waste separation. Sauna sheets and slippers for walking on the terrace are also available for rent. Heating is provided by a fireplace and gas heating. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the property. Drinking water is provided in the property. Outside, you can enjoy pleasant moments on the raised terrace with seating, deck chairs, a gas grill and a hot tub. From the terrace you can enter the Finnish sauna with a large panoramic window. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis. Parking is available directly at the property. There is 1 parking space. It is necessary to take into account that the road to the cottage is difficult to access. For these reasons, it is possible to leave the car in the parking lot in the village of Rudimov. A Jeep can be arranged to transfer guests to the cottage. In the vicinity of the building there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing and mushroom picking. There are tennis courts nearby. Swimming options include: Aquapark Defín Uherský Brod, Duha Pozlovice Swimming Pool, Vlachovice or Štítná nad Vláří, Luhačovice Municipal Swimming Pool, etc. In the winter, ski areas are available: Dubečky, Újezd ​​or Pechancovy Lúky Ski Area.
