Glamping in a secluded area by the forest - Tiny house in the picturesque landscape of the Horažďovická pahorkatina Nature Park. The capacity of the object is for up to 6 people. Unique and atypical accommodation on a perch in privacy and peace among the trees. The equipment of the perch is exclusively vegan and ecological and consists of items made from recycled and local materials, handicrafts, sustainable prototypes or refurbished second-hand goods. The background of the object thus has a minimal impact on the environment. DESCRIPTION: The perch can be reached by wooden stairs. The total area is 17.38 m². On the ground floor there is a living area with a folding dining table for 4 people, a spacious bench seat by the panoramic window with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and a fully equipped kitchenette (sink with running cold water, electric kettle, refrigerator, coffee grinder, coffee pot - French Press, herbal teapots, wine set and drinking water). The unique atmosphere of the living area is completed by a gramophone with a unique collection of rare LP records and the possibility of connecting via Bluetooth - ideal for long evenings with music, meditation or while simultaneously observing wildlife through the large windows of the sitting area. Books and board games are also available for rent. From the living area, you can climb steep stairs to the attic area, where there is a 4-bed bedroom (4x mattresses) with a skylight from which you can observe the starry sky in the evening. Two more extra beds can be provided in the living area with a fold-out bed. After setting up, it is necessary to take into account space restrictions. Bedding, towels and mattresses have hypoallergenic covers are available. The sanitary facilities include one separate ecological separation toilet located directly in the sitting area. For washing, there is an outdoor washbasin for rinsing, a shower from a solar bag or a simple natural outdoor shower with gas heating. Heating is provided by gas heating. Electricity is provided by photovoltaic panels located on the roof of the sitting area. Universal power banks are available. For greater safety, the building includes a first aid kit, an electronic security system and a camera system connected to the centralized security desk. You can order the all-day 'Mana menu' or classic breakfasts or dinners prepared from fresh and often local and seasonal ingredients. There is a gas stove, grill and other equipment for preparing your own food. You can relax in the shade in a 140 cm wide hammock for two adults. Parking is available nearby in the village of Nová Ves, approximately 750 m from the building. Your luggage can be transported to the site by a beggar's ladder after our great-grandmother. In the vicinity of the glamping, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking. There is a riding school, golf course and tennis nearby. In the summer, you can swim in the nearby pond or the romantic quarry of Defurovy Lažany. Other swimming options include: Aquapark Horažďovice, Nepomuk Swimming Pool, Plavečák Blatná, Natural Swimming Biotope Blovice, etc. For trips in the area, the Chanovice Open-Air Museum with a lookout tower and castle park, Lnáře Chateau, Blatná Chateau, Rabí Castle, the ruins of Prácheň Castle or the town of Nepomuk with a number of museums, Zelená hora Chateau and a fallow deer park.
