A mountain chalet featuring wellness facilities (hot tub and sauna) and a magnificent view of Sněžka, located near the "Fairytale Trail" in Horní Malá Úpa in the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše). The chalet accommodates up to 22 people across 5 bedrooms. A sauna and hot tub are available for use. The property includes a terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and outdoor seating area. It is suitable for both groups of friends and families with children; a cot and high chair are provided. A groomed cross-country ski trail runs behind the chalet, and cycling routes pass below it. Rental of a fully equipped chalet with a capacity of 20 beds plus 2 extra beds across 5 rooms, each with en-suite facilities. The chalet features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, common room, game room with a pool table, and a wellness zone (hot tub, sauna, relaxation loungers). Bedrooms and rooms: 5 bedrooms (each with 4 beds), living room, dining room, kitchen, game room, and wellness area. Bathrooms: 5 bathrooms with toilets (one for each bedroom) and 1 additional toilet accessible from the dining room or wellness area. Heating: Thermostat-controlled heat pump (underfloor heating and radiators). Parking: Space for 5 cars at the chalet (April–November only); during winter months, parking is required at a central lot, with snowcat transport provided from there. Surroundings: Summer hiking – Sněžka, Úpa Waterfall, Fairy-tale Trail for children, Mining Trail, Janské Lázně (Černohorský Express, peat bogs), Velká Úpa (Pecka play area), Pec pod Sněžkou (cable car to Sněžka and Relaxpark). Cycling – numerous marked cycling routes and e-bike rentals. Winter cross-country skiing – a hub for cross-country trails. Skiing at the SKIMU resort: two areas connected by slopes and lifts. Suitable for all skill levels; ski schools and rentals for skis, sleds, snowshoes, etc. High-altitude ice rink with skate rentals available. We look forward to welcoming you.
