The original, spacious, sensitively reconstructed and partially barrier-free Chalupa Milana is located on the edge of the village of Velké Losiny in the flat valley of the river Desná below the main Jeseníky massif at an altitude of around 450 m above sea level. Due to its ideal location, the chalet offers many possibilities for summer and winter tourism. In Velké Losiny you can visit the castle, the Handy paper mill or the spa, including the new thermal water park. In winter, the close proximity of the Loučná nad Desnou ski area (approx. 5 km) is an advantage. During your stay, you can look forward to pleasant outdoor seating and relaxation in the sauna or hot tub. The period-furnished Chalupa Milana offers accommodation for 15 people in four bedrooms. The ground floor of the cottage is completely barrier-free and there is bedroom No. 1 (1x double bed). The other three non-passable bedrooms are located in the attic - bedroom No. 2 (1x double bed, 2x single beds), bedroom No. 3 (3x single beds), bedroom No. 4 (2x double beds and 2x single beds). A cot and a high chair are available for rent. You can spend time together in the spacious kitchen with a sitting area and a wood-burning kitchen stove. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, two refrigerators, espresso for coffee, equipped with dishes and cutlery) There is also an automatic washing machine in the kitchen. From the kitchen you can enter the living room with a corner leather sofa set, a table with two chairs, a bookcase and a bed (it can be used as an additional bed by arrangement). The ground floor also includes a games room with table tennis and a summer veranda. There is a modern TV with internet connection in each room (total of 6 TVs). The sanitary facilities include one bathroom on the ground floor with a wheelchair-accessible shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet, and one separate toilet. In the attic there is another bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Heating is provided by underfloor gas heating. An indoor heat pump unit (heating and air conditioning) is also located in the center of the kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove with a wood-burning stove. A high-speed, powerful WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building and in the garden. Surrounding the cottage is a spacious plot of 1,500 m2 with a well-maintained and fenced garden. In the covered garden gazebo there is a sitting area with a corner fireplace for grilling and a summer kitchen with a sink and water. The gazebo also includes a Polar Aqua King thermal and massage bath barrel from a Finnish manufacturer with thermal heating, filtration and bubble massage for up to 3 people and a Finnish sauna. In the summer months, a circular plastic above-ground pool of 3.7x0.9 m with sand filtration is available. Children can look forward to the sandpit and swings. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. There is a riding stable and tennis courts nearby.
