The U dvou studní guesthouse is located in the village of Loučná nad Desnou, in the Rejhotice district, in the middle of the Desná river valley surrounded by nature on the southeastern slope at an altitude of 600 m above sea level. You can look forward to the beautiful landscape of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area, 350 km of groomed cross-country trails, a nearby thermal spa, 18 km of downhill slopes of all difficulty levels and plenty of opportunities for hiking trips. The guesthouse offers accommodation for 27 people in separately rented apartments and rooms with their own bathroom. There is a total of 1 quadruple room, 5 triple rooms and 4 double rooms. Two rooms are designed as maisonette apartments. The apartments have a sofa, table and storage space in the lower part and stairs lead to an open attic bedroom with beds. Some rooms have a TV and a refrigerator. All apartments and rooms have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are available. Thanks to the very good acoustic insulation of the walls and windows and the greater distance of the building from the access road, guests are not disturbed by any external noise. The building includes a stylish restaurant with a wood-scented interior with a capacity for 31 people. Heavy, massive tables and benches made of alder wood offer a cozy atmosphere of a mountain inn. For an additional fee, you can enjoy breakfast in the restaurant in the form of a self-service buffet and dinner, where you can choose from two hot dishes, cold side dishes and other snacks. You will also enjoy a functional pizza oven, Hanušovice beer Holba and a wide range of top Moravian, Moldavian, French or Italian wines. By arrangement, the pension can arrange a corporate event. There is a CD player, fax, photocopier and WIFI internet connection throughout the building. You can sit outside on the terrace. Parking is available directly at the building. In the vicinity of the pension, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Nearby are tennis courts, a riding school, a bike park, bowling and disc golf. Swimming options include: Velké Losiny - thermal baths, Domašov swimming pool - Bělá pod Pradědem, Velké Losiny thermal swimming pool, Rapotín swimming pool, Karlova Studánka swimming pool, Jeseník swimming pool, Hynčice pod Sušinou - Úžas pond, Jeseník swimming pool - Priessnitz, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Kouty nad Desnou, Kareš - Kouty nad Desnou, Přemyslov, Ski Center OAZA - Loučna nad Desnou, Kocián - Loučna nad Desnou, Červenohorské sedlo and others.
