We offer accommodation with a swimming pool and infrared sauna in a family pension and a separate apartment located in the heart of the Karlovy Vary region. Here you will find the privacy of a closed area, your own parking lot, an outdoor pool (in summer), deckchairs, a grill, a large summer terrace, a garden gazebo, an open fireplace and a bicycle storage room. During your stay with us, you can treat yourself to breakfast, an infrared sauna, massages, therapy or coaching (all additional services must be ordered in advance). We provide accommodation for 1 - 22 people, in 7 rooms and one large apartment, which is located in a separate building. All our rooms have their own sanitary facilities. Accommodation is rented by individual rooms, it is also possible to rent the entire building. PENSION BUILDING: 7 rooms / 16 beds. In the guesthouse, the rooms are divided into 4 smaller rooms on the first floor and 3 studios on the ground floor. The advantage of the rooms on the first floor is a common sitting area including an equipped kitchenette (stove without oven, 2 refrigerators, MW, kettle). The space is suitable for groups of 6-9 people. There are 3 double rooms and 1 triple room available on the first floor. The advantage of studios on the ground floor is a separate entrance/exit directly to the garden and a small kitchenette for preparing drinks, cold food and heating food (not for cooking), which includes a fridge, microwave oven and kettle. Two studios are double, one is triple. LARGE SUITE: 3 bedrooms/6 beds. The generous and comfortable three-bedroom apartment of 81m2 is suitable for a family or group of friends up to 6 people. This spacious and stylish apartment offers absolutely everything you need for perfect comfort. It is located in a separate building, so it provides absolute privacy. In it you will find an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, Bosch capsule coffee machine, drip coffee maker), a modernly furnished living room, a comfortable bathroom with a large shower and bathtub and three separate bedrooms (double , triple, single), balcony with a view of the garden and the forest. Thanks to our location outside the city, we are also a popular place for organizing weddings and family celebrations of up to 30 people or corporate stays. For group stays and events, you can also have the dining room/restaurant area and equipped professional kitchen available. The romantic atmosphere of the guest house will form a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos. The entire pension is non-smoking, has its own parking lot and free wireless internet connection throughout the building. In the surrounding area, you can look forward to outdoor and indoor swimming, hiking and cycling trips, visiting nearby monuments, skiing or even picking mushrooms. We recommend trips in the surrounding area: Lake Medard - Sokolov Sea (2 km), Hartenberg - castle ruins (6 km), Cibulka Lookout (12 km), Loket - castle and historic town (13 km), Slavkovský forest (15 - 30 km) : Důl Jeroným, Lookout on Krásenské vrchu, Kladské peat bog, Karlovy Vary (23 km): colonnades, museums, Christmas House, parks, cable car to Diana lookout, Svatošské skály, Kraslicko and Krušnohorsko (30 km): Přebuzské vresovistě, Jelení vrch, Nové Hamry, Krušnohorský Semmering, Vlčí Jamy, Cheb (30 km): Cheb Castle, Špalíček Square, Franciscan Monastery, Bismarck Lookout, Maria Loreto or, for example, Františkovy Lázně (35 km).
