"Samota" cottage located near the village of Olešnice v Orlických horách and the resort of Deštné v Orlických horách, situated near Mount Šerlich within the Orlické Mountains Protected Landscape Area. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms. The setting is peaceful, surrounded only by meadows, forests, and a few distant cottages. DESCRIPTION: The ground floor features a common room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop (two burners), a small oven (with two additional burners), an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a contact grill, and a refrigerator. Upstairs, there are two four-bed rooms, while the common room on the ground floor contains a large three-person bed. Sanitary facilities include one bathroom, one toilet, and one outdoor privy. The cottage is heated primarily by wood; electric heaters are available for use in the upstairs rooms, and the bathroom is equipped with air conditioning. Amenities include two dartboards, board games, a radio, and Wi-Fi (please note there is no TV). Outside, there is a terrace with seating in front of the cottage and a pergola at the rear; the grounds consist of a grassy area featuring a fire pit and a stream. Parking is available right at the cottage. This location is ideal for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking a quiet getaway. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for hiking, cycling, and skiing. Local attractions include scenic viewpoints and historic military bunkers. Nearby, you will find the Olešnice and Sedloňov ski areas, as well as the major ski center of Deštné v Orlických horách, which also features a riding stable, a ropes course, footgolf, and rentals for ATVs and go-karts.
