The house provides accommodation for 18 people in 5 bedrooms: 1x double room (1x double bed), 1x triple room (1x double bed, 1x single bed), 1x quadruple room (4x single beds), 2x quadruple rooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 1x extra bed in the form of a fold-out bed for two person in the hallway. The property has a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher and dishes) with a dining area and a living area with a seating area, TV and direct access to the terrace. The sanitary facilities include 1 bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink and hairdryer and 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The cottage is heated by gas heating and underfloor heating in the living area. The property offers free WI-FI internet access. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with parking directly at the property (max. 2 cars). The garden includes a swimming pool, a terrace with outdoor seating and a grill. Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking are possible in the area.
