The luxurious cottage with a jacuzzi is located in a quiet outskirts of the historic and popular tourist town of Mikulov, not far from the beautiful viewpoint on Svatý kopeček. The immediate surroundings of the town are famous for winemaking and the protected landscape of Pálava. This modern cottage with air conditioning offers accommodation for 16 people, in total there are four double bedrooms (4x double bed), one quadruple bedroom (1x double bed and 2x single bed) and four extra beds (1x sofa bed in the living area and 2x mattresses). A cot is available in one of the ground floor bedrooms and another travel cot is available for rent on request. The ground floor of the cottage is wheelchair accessible and includes the main living room with kitchen and three 2-bed bedrooms. Pleasant moments can be spent in the spacious air-conditioned living room with a fireplace, a leather sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for 2 people), an X-box and an LED TV with streaming services. The living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and wooden dining table). Three double bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with a double bed, TV and one of them has a work desk and access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer and towels. In addition, there is a separate toilet. In the attic there is another social area with sofas, ideal for evening relaxation or sitting with friends. The attic includes two more bedrooms equipped with a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. If interested, 2 more mattresses can be added to any of the bedrooms. The cottage also includes a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and dressing room. WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a heat pump with the option of air conditioning. The cottage is located on a fenced plot. Outside, you can enjoy sitting on the terrace with a large bioclimatic pergola providing shade or light depending on the current weather and the needs of the guests. On the terrace, you can relax in the hot tub. There is a grill, fireplace and firewood available. Children can look forward to a sandbox, trampoline, slide, swings and climbing frames. For fun, there is badminton, football goals with a ball, table football or you can rent bicycles (6 adult bicycles with one child seat and 4 children's bicycles). You can park safely behind the gate at the property, where there are 6 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing. There are also tennis courts, wellness and bowling nearby. Swimming options include: Nové Mlýny water reservoir, Mikulov - Riviéra swimming pool, Mariánský mlýn quarry, Březí swimming pool, Pasohlávky Aqualand Moravia aquapark, Mlýnský pond, Šutrák pond, Hustopeče swimming pool, Hustopeče swimming pool, etc. Right in the town, you can admire the beauty of Mikulov Castle or explore the Regional Museum. Tourists can climb the Kozí hrádek lookout tower or walk through the Turold Nature Reserve. Other trips include the Na Turoldu Cave, the beautiful Lednice-Valtice area with a unique castle park and historical buildings, Table Mountain, the Ruins of the Girls' Castles - Děvičky, the Lu & Tiree Chmelar Herb Garden, Dolní Věstonice or the Mandloň Nature Trail near the town of Hustopeče.
