Family cottage - Family house, this is a house created with love for children and respect for parents. The building is located in a secluded area between meadows and forests in the village of Bukovec near the borders with Poland and Slovakia. In an ideal location for walking, mushroom picking and sports with amazing views of the beautiful nature of the Beskydy Mountains. While adults in particular can look forward to relaxing in the sauna, in a hot tub or on a covered outdoor terrace with a grill, children will have fun in the games room or outside on the playground, on a trampoline, in a bunker with a slide or in the stream flowing right next to the house. An outdoor heated pool is also available for everyone in the summer. The Family house offers accommodation for 22 people in two apartments. You can rent either the entire building or each apartment separately. SMALL APARTMENT: This apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a capacity for 8 people. There are two four-bed bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. A cot is available for rent. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand whisk and blender) and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is part of the living room, where there is a sofa bed (another extra bed upon request) and a TV. From the living room you can enter the balcony and enjoy the view of the stream and the panorama of Bukovec. The apartment also includes a small children's corner with toys and a TV. The sanitary facilities in the apartment include a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a small outdoor seating area with an electric grill and a fireplace. LARGE APARTMENT: This apartment is located on the first floor and attic of the house and has a capacity for 14 people. There are two smaller double bedrooms with 1 double bed, one four-bed bedroom with 2 double beds and a room serving as a playroom with 6 extra beds (1 extra bed possible upon request). A cot is available for rent. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand whisk and blender) with a large dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is connected to the living room with a sofa, TV and access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the stream. In the playroom, in addition to lots of different toys for children, there is another TV with an X - box. The sanitary facilities in the apartment include two bathrooms with toilets, one upstairs and the other in the attic. One bathroom has a shower and the other a bathtub. The apartment has its own pergola with a gas grill and a fireplace. For adults, there is a common room with a bar kitchen including a tap and a casino in the basement of the house. You can rent a poker set, roulette set or blackjack set. You can relax in the relaxation room with a sauna for 6 people and loungers. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. You can also use a washing machine with a dryer. Heating is provided throughout the building by a heat pump with underfloor heating. In the garden by the house, you can look forward to several places to relax. From May to October, you can enjoy a heated pool (27 °C) with a depth of 1.4 meters, a roof and an outdoor shower. Or you can regenerate in a hot tub with a bubble system. In addition to outdoor seating, there is also a hammock and other corners for relaxation. There is plenty of entertainment for children - slides, a mini climbing wall, a tree house, a swing, a crayon playground for the little ones (stroller, dolls, balance bikes, etc.), an outdoor kitchen, a sandbox with a track for cars, a tic-tac-toe and a table for playing "Don't be angry". However, the main attraction is the stream flowing through the area. Bicycles are available for rent for trips. Parking is available directly at the property. Outdoor areas are monitored by a camera system. In the vicinity of the house there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include, for example: Jablunkov swimming pool, Bystřice swimming pool, Třinec swimming pool, Třinec swimming pool, etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts: Bukovec - Kempaland, Písek u Jablunkova - Polanka, Mosty u Jablunkova, Hrádek, Severka, Armáda and others. The town of Jablunkov (e.g. the Museum of the Three Borders), Mosty u Jablunkova - a roller coaster, wellness in the Kempa Hotel, the Kempaland area, the hills - Gírová, Polanka, Bahenec or across the Polish border the spa town of Wisla - Aquapark Tropikana, the cable car to Mount Czantoryja, at the top of which is the border with the Czech Republic and you can walk to the Czech village of Nýdek and back.
