A picturesque cottage in South Moravia near the Jevišovice dam near the city of Znojmo and near the beautiful nature of the Podyjí National Park. Peaceful environment, cycling trips and barbecues on a roofed terrace with a fireplace. The capacity of the property is for up to 9 people (+ possibility of 3 additional beds) in 4 bedrooms. There is a total of 1x triple bedroom on the ground floor (double bed, single bed with the possibility of folding, wardrobe and TV) and three more bedrooms upstairs - 1x triple bedroom (large double bed for three people, chest of drawers and TV), 1x double bedroom (two single beds with the possibility of folding, wardrobe and desk) and 1x walk-through gallery (single bed, chest of drawers, seating and children's corner). A cot is available for rent. The interior of the cottage combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of modern accommodation. The ground floor bedroom also serves as a living room. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, hot air and microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and other kitchen equipment). The kitchen is connected to a dining room with seating and a fireplace. The sanitary facilities include 1 bathroom with shower and 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Heating is provided primarily by a fireplace with distribution to all rooms. Central heating can also be used for a fee. There is also a technical room on the ground floor. WIFI internet connection is provided throughout the building. Outside, you can sit on a stylish covered terrace with a kitchenette and a fireplace with the possibility of grilling. In the yard there is also a small sandpit, swing, solar shower, trampoline, ping pong table and table football (only in the winter season). Parking is possible directly at the building. There are 2 parking spaces available directly in the yard. In the vicinity of the cottage there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, water sports, fishing and mushroom picking. Approximately 200 meters from the accommodation there is a sports complex with a football pitch and a tennis court with an artificial surface, as well as two beach volleyball courts and a children's playground. Swimming options include: Pohoda Únanov Swimming Pool, Hluboká Mašůvky Swimming Pool, Louka Municipal Swimming Pool in Znojmo, Jevišovice, Výrovice and Vranov nad Dyjí dams, etc. For trips in the area, the Old Castle of Jevišovice, the New Castle of Jevišovice and its beautiful castle park, the Hussite monument on the Žalov hill, the Bicycle Museum in Boskovštejn, the most important pilgrimage site of Hluboká Mašůvky, the historical center of Znojmo and the adjacent wine-growing villages or the city of Třebíč with UNESCO monuments are attractive.
