Cottage with an outdoor pool and a hot tub near the town of Trutnov in Podkronoší. Location near popular tourist destinations: Hrádeček Nature Park, Safari Zoo Dvůr Králové or Mladá Buky sports complex (bike park, children's park, bobsleigh track and skiing). The capacity of the object is for 4 people in a private barrier-free apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms in total (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Upon agreement, 2 extra beds can be provided in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. A cot and a high chair are available for rent. DESCRIPTION: The cottage consists of separate apartment units, they only share the entrance hall. The apartment has cozily furnished bedrooms - comfortable beds, lamps, blackout curtains, storage space for clothes, hangers and a mute servant. There is also a common room - sofa, TV, dining area, board games, books and a fully equipped kitchen (plenty of dishes, kettle, toaster, hand blender, fridge, freezer, microwave and ceramic hob). The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is provided by underfloor heating. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. A fenced, grassy garden with a view of the hillside and the church surrounds the house. You can enter the sunny terrace with seating directly from the kitchen. The garden also includes an above-ground pool, outdoor shower, hardening barrel, fireplace and charcoal grill, pergola, garden swing, bench, ping-pong table with equipment, badminton, pétanque, children's swing with slide, sandbox and toys and herb bed. Firewood is available free of charge. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis. Parking is available directly at the property. There is one parking space next to the house behind the gate on a paved area and a second space under the pergola right next to it. The Dolecký stream meanders about 50 m from the property behind the meadow. In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a golf course and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Dolce Pond, Trutnov - Pekelský Pond, Trutnov Pool, Trutnov Aquapark, Retro Park Sejfy Swimming Pool, Hostinné Swimming Pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts include: Mladé Buky, Mostek, Svoboda nad Úpou, Černá hora - Jánské Lázně and others. The historical center of Trutnov - UFFO Social Center, Leisure Center (pedal go-karts, rope park, climbing wall, ground trampolines, slides, swings, etc.), the Janské Lázně Treetop Trail, the Kuks Baroque Hospital, the Les Království Dam, the Baldův svět children's entertainment center, Zvičina Hill, Sněžka or the beautiful nature of the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area are all attractive places to visit.
