The family wellness cottage with a swimming pool is located in the village of Červený Potok near the town of Králíky, near the Dolní Morava resort with adrenaline attractions such as the bobsleigh track, the Amálka Children's Park, the Mammoth Roller Coaster and the Trail in the Clouds. In the vicinity, you will enjoy many hiking trails leading through the beautiful nature of the Orlické Mountains and the surroundings of the majestic Králický Sněžník. The stylishly furnished cottage offers accommodation for 27 people in nine bedrooms. The stay is also ideal for teambuilding and celebrations. There are a total of four double bedrooms (2x double bed and 2x two single beds), three triple bedrooms (3x double bed and a single bed), two quadruple bedrooms (2x double bed and two single beds) and two extra beds in the form of a pull-out bed. Two cots are available for rent. All bedrooms are cozy, practically equipped and provide enough storage space for the comfort of guests. Pleasant moments can be spent in the common room with a fireplace, a sofa and a dining room with massive benches and a TV. For moments of entertainment, there is a billiards table and a JBL PartyBox. There is also a bar. The living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (two large refrigerators, a spacious freezer, two hot air ovens and induction hobs, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a contact grill, an ice maker and a complete set of dishes). Children will appreciate the spacious children's corner with a television, a wide range of toys, building sets, bean bags and a PlayStation 5 game console. The sanitary facilities include a total of four bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasins and a hairdryer. There are unique design elements, bathroom cosmetics, towels and bath towels. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Heating is provided by a fireplace, underfloor heating, electric heating and a heat pump. For moments of relaxation, there is a wellness area with a spacious indoor sauna for up to 12 people (wooden design, dim lighting), complete with aromatherapy and sound system for your own music. After a sauna session, you can relax in a comfortable relaxation room with loungers. The relaxation area also includes an outdoor covered hot tub for 5 people with hydromassage jets and LED lighting, located in the garden with a view, all year round. When purchasing a wellness package, you can use an additional shower and a separate toilet. Sauna sheets are available free of charge. For greater safety and comfort, the wellness is equipped with special unbreakable dishes with an elegant design. WIFI internet access is available throughout the building. The cottage also includes a storage room for bicycles, skis and snowboards. The cottage is surrounded by a spacious fenced plot (3,000 m²) offering plenty of entertainment options for guests of all ages. You can sit on a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace suitable for grilling or cooking pot goulash. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy the outdoor heated pool with a roof. Comfortable sun loungers are available by the pool. Children will enjoy the modern playground with swings, a sandbox and a slide. You can also play football or volleyball on the spacious grassy area. There are 10 parking spaces available at the property. To protect guests and their property, the entire cottage is secured by a camera and security system. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Králíky swimming pool, Hynčice pod Sušinou - Úžas pond, Mezilesí swimming pool, Ruda nad Moravou swimming pool, Štíty - Acrobat Park, Pastviny dam, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Dolní Morava - Větrný vrch, Malá Morava - Vysoká, Šanov, Hynčice - Kraličák and others. For trips in the area, the Customs Museum and the Military Museum in the village of Králíky, the nearby pilgrimage site of Hora Matky Boží Králíky, the longest retractable pedestrian bridge in the world SKY BRIDGE, Velké Losiny - Thermal baths, castle and Hand paper mill or the Hanušovice Brewery Museum are all worth a visit.
